80/20 Wholesale Grading We operate under a 80/20 wholesale model for computers, providing a cost-effective and transparent option for purchasing pre-owned devices. Here’s an overview of what you can expect: Device Condition Distribution • 80%: Devices are in good working condition, showing standard signs of use corresponding to the age of the device. • 20%: Devices may show heavier wear or functional issues, but they are free from major defects (e.g., no DOA devices or completely smashed screens). • Batteries: Not tested, with no guarantee on performance or warranty. • Hard Drives: HDD/SSDs health is also not tested or guaranteed • Windows/Apple MDM Lock: We don’t check for lock status on devices by default. However, Windows locks are relatively easy to remove, and we offer a External lock removal service for a small fee if the customer would like us to handle it. Non-removable locks are eligible for an RMA.
