  1. What charges are included in your prices?

    Our advertised prices are Ex-Works from the UK and exclude delivery and any taxes/duties.

  2. What currencies can I pay in?

    We can accept payment in GBP, EUR and USD.

  3. How much will it cost to deliver my goods?

    Prices for delivery depend on the quantity of goods you buy and where you are based. We are able to arrange for a quote by Road, Air or Sea Freight.

    We are also able to offer a Delivered, Duties Paid (DDP) option to most European destinations, for an additional charge – DDP means a speedier journey for your stock across borders and no import duties.

  4. How do you grade your stock?

    If our Excel list contains a grade such as A, B or C, you can check out our grading criteria here: https://resellers.foxway.com/knowledge/grading/laptop-grading-guide/

    If our Excel list does not contain a grade, this means that 80% of stock will be A or B grade and the remaining 20% will be grade C and will require a little extra work to make shelf-ready.

    If our deal does not contain a spreadsheet, this is because all the stock is of the same specification. We will either mention the grade, or it will be sold under the 80/20 condition.

    We do not warrant the batteries unless stated.

  5. How do I buy a deal from you?

    If you are ready to buy and wish to commit to the purchase, then simply click the Buy Now button. Our team will be in contact very soon.

    If you would like to buy, but have a different price in mind, we may be willing to consider an offer close to the asking price. Click the Make Offer button and complete the details asked.

    Once you have agreed your first deal with us, we will need to set you up as a new customer. We will ask you to complete a New Customer registration form, sign it and return it to us, along with some proof of ID and company verification. Your salesperson will help you with this.

  6. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

    Most of our deals are shown as Take-All deals where you buy all the kit listed in the spreadsheet for the average price per unit advertised. Sometimes, where we have kit of the same specification, we will state the minimum order quantity - often 50 units minimum.
